A couple of weeks ago, I traveled to Mexico with some of Trey's family, and we ate at this restaurant in Progreso that had the BEST salsa! I think it was so good, that it reminded me of a good soup. Now, those of you that know me, I can eat just about any salsa....who needs a chip, just hand over a fork and I am good to go:)! LOL
We got pretty close to the real thing...here is a pic of what we came up with.
