After MANY years of talking about it, we finally went to Disney World this summer!! We drove and stayed at the Embassy Suites in Orlando. We had a wonderful time, full of great memories! Andrea met us out there a day into our trip and stayed with us the rest of the time. We realized that some of us like roller coasters and some of us don't. Some of us can do spinning rides, some of us regret it afterwards. We tasted the great state of Florida's harsh heat and humidity, but the daily rains that cooled things off were greatly appreciated.:) We are hoping to go back in about 4 years with Amanda and family.
The boys did great in the car for 18 hours! Now, what to do next summer??? LOL
Our first day in Orlando, we checked into the hotel and then hit up the T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney. That place was just cool..they had dino fights every 20 min, an ice cave and an underwater themed bar. After lunch, we went to the Lego Store next door...this place was paradise for my three sons:) and their dad:) hehe.
