On Friday, July 30, we headed down to San Antonio with Amanda, Dayanna, our friend Chase, and my three sons. We went totally as tourists! We stopped at Mi Tierra for some pastries and then set out to the trolley stop to drop us off at Alamo Plaza. We ate lunch at the Rainforest Cafe on the River Walk and then toured the Alamo. It was really neat because Seth had just had the history lesson last year of the Alamo, so he was able to share with the kids about what happened and who the different people were. We walked back(gotta walk off that lunch:) and made it back to the car safely and headed home. It was a wonderful day!! Thanks friends for joining us!!
