Cologne, Germany

Trey had another Photokina in Cologne, Germany, so I followed him again and explored this magical city while he worked the tradeshow. It was so good to visit with our French friends! We will soon be bringing our boys out here to be able to see for themselves how beautiful Europe can be!
Love,
K

Our airplane door wouldn't close so they tried to fix it and couldn't so they put us on another plane.
Beautiful sunrise from 35,000 feet!

Our favorite place to eat in Cologne!

Our hotel.

Me, after a face and hair wash! Refreshed!

                                                                    Dom Cathedral

I love bathroom stalls in Europe. It is almost like getting your own room!

Pork chop and sour kraut with mashed potatoes and German water, er um beer!

A dream come true for me.. I visited this church, the Dom Cathedral, for their Sunday mass. It was life changing. So beautiful it made me cry.

Panoramic view of the hotels, park and Rhine.

                                                                         Love locks

Mimosas every morning! Yes!!

I found this Star of David in a thrift store in Cologne.

Dust bunny art at an art studio

Hotels along the Rhine

I took the river cruise last time and I highly recommend it!

                                                        I heart cobble stone streets!

Germany's beer is so good. It is refreshing and you can literally drink it all day long and still feel ok the next morning!

The party to celebrate a job well done! Obviously catered towards men. :)

Frankfurt airport, I love you! I especially love the club for US Airways/Japan airways.

Japanese toilets in the club..so fun!

Trey's empty seat, as he took a train to the UK to work some more.
