DC: Day 1

Our first day in Washington DC was spent exploring Abraham Lincoln's life. We visited Ford's Theater and then the Peterson House, directly across the street, which then went on into another museum. It was very educational. As you know, Ashton loves Abe, so he knows a lot about him. He even stumped the tour guide on some Abe facts:) We stopped by the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. That place is huge! It was really neat! We also got a chance to walk by the White House and take a few pictures.
