DC: Day 5

On the fifth day of DC...my true love gave to me.....j/k;) Our 5th day in DC was a historical one. For the Nation. We decided to stop on by the Supreme Court on the day that they were voting on Health Care. We barely got out of the subway and there were already protestors there...both ways. We had to explain to the boys that no matter the outcome that day, that there would be a lot of angry people. It was really neat to see the interns running down the steps to deliver the verdict. We saw a lot of famous newscasters too. After sweating about 5 pounds off, we decided to cool off in the Library of Congress, next door. That was a beautiful place! We followed that with lunch at Union Sation and then back to our hotel to relax...yep...happy hour:) We had a really great time in DC! Now to decide where to go next summer:) hahaha
