DC: Day 4

On our fourth day in DC, we visited Arlington National Cemetery and the Pentagon. Both were so powerful. So, so sad and very, very grateful for those who have given their lives so that we can be free. Period. How selfless of these men and women! It was so humbling to watch the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier be guarded. All day. All night. Rain. Shine. Humbling. This day was just that...I was so humbled. That is the best word to describe it.
